Being in the real estate business for 20+ years has enabled me to guide my home buyers and sellers through the lending process with ease. I depend on a strategic group of extremely talented professionals to help with each transaction.
It is always my recommendation to “do your homework” when shopping for a mortgage. The mortgage business is a competitive business and you can save thousands of dollars by interviewing lenders and shopping for the best interest rate.
When I am hired as your real estate agent, I can easily recommend professionals that my clients have had successful transactions with in the past. And I can make myself available to answer any questions along the way.
Here are a few lenders in the local area, that have years of experience in the business. Please know, that I am NOT affiliated with any of the listed professionals. My broker or myself will never receive a fee for referring home buyers or home sellers to them.

Standard of Practice 6-1
REALTORS® shall not recommend or suggest to a client or a customer the use of services of another organization or business entity in which they have a direct interest without disclosing such interest at the time of the recommendation or suggestion. (Amended 5/88)
